Oct. 18 The Canning Continuum:  Movin' On Up The Pantry Shelves (On-farm and in-person:  An in-depth exploration of water bath canning…no special equipment required!)

Nov. 4  Nutrient-Dense Condiments, Sauces, Dressings, and Marinades  (A Weston A. Price event:  Come visit me the evening of November 4 at beautiful Canterbury Village's My New Favorite Thing.  $18 per attendee.)

Nov. 6  From Pasture to Table...Using the Whole Chicken Grandma's Way  (A FREE event on November 6 at the Memphis Public Library) 

Nov. 15  Canning Expanded:  The Pressure's On!  (On-farm and in-person:  Pressure canning basics)

Dec. 13  Canning Pro:  Convenience Foods, Homestead-Style (On-farm and in-person:  Taking pressure canning to the next level)
