“When I first learned of the Collins Cluckery (love that name) I thought it was a good idea; raise a few extra chickens, help to defray the costs. But as I learned more about how they raise their chickens – organic feed, free range (ask about their mobile poultry playground, it’s amazing!), and one of the best health care plans in the nation – turns out it is a great idea!
