Let’s Talk Brining! (My favorite “chicken on the grill” recipe)

This bird's for you!  Maybe.  If you're a master smoker like my good friend Jared, who runs his meat smoker IN THE WINTER, then hit delete, 'cause I can't teach you a thing.

You see, grilling, smoking... these are NOT my forte.  (My Papa would be so ashamed!  If you ever tasted his smoking, you remember it still.)  But even I can't mess this one up!
